Στο βημόθυρο της μονής Παντοκράτορος Αγίου Όρους, του 1622, έργο του μοναχού Ησαΐα, αν και τα ζωγραφικά στοιχεία είναι πολλά, κυριαρχεί η ξυλόγλυπτη διακόσμηση, ενώ τα ζωγραφικά θέματα, ακόμη και το κυρίαρχο του Ευαγγελισμού, αποδίδονται σε μικρή κλίμακα. Σπάνια στοιχεία είναι τα είκοσι δύο ένθετα μετάλλια, η παρουσία των ξυλόγλυπτων αλόγων ή μονόκερων(;), η επιγραφή με την υπογραφή του ξυλογλύπτη και άλλα. Ωστόσο, ακόμη και αυτά τα σπάνια στοιχεία δεν ξεφεύγουν από τον κανόνα της "συμμετρίας" καθώς εκφράζουν, με τον δικό τους τρόπο, τον θεολογικό συμβολισμό του Βημόθυρου.

In the Holy Doors of the Pantokrator Monastery of Mount Athos, of 1622, work of the monk Isaiah, although the painting elements are many, the wood-carved decoration prevails, while the painted themes, even the dominant one of the Annunciation, are rendered on a small scale. Rare elements are the twenty-two inset medals, the presence of the wood-carved horses or unicorns(?), the inscription with the woodcarver’s signature, and other. However, even these rare elements do not deviate from the rule of .symmetry., as they express, in their own way, the theological symbolism of the Holy Doors (Altar gates).
