Summary

This paper discusses four documents from the 18th century related to the event of the division of the Chilandar shrine of the Cross of the Lord in 1767. The identification of key historical figures was done and, based on the analyzed documents, the time of the events from the end of 1767 and the beginning of 1768 was reconstructed.
